The thing I like the most is value you get in regards to how much ginger you get. The taste is good. I'm really disappointed in how the package arrived. It seemed pierced slightly. That made me question the freshness. Don't like the packaging overall. I transferred it to a better container as soon as I could.

This Ginger powder has an intense odor from the moment you open the package. It's quite fresh and potent. This is a good amount of ginger, and quite strong, so it should last awhile. The packaging was easy to open by hand, without the use of scissors. It's a resealable package, but it doesn't reseal as well as I would like. The spice also gets caught in the sealing track and gets in the way of closing it.A bit expensive for Ginger powder.
