1. No Returns Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns on any food products once they have been delivered.


2. Refund Eligibility (Damaged or Defective Products Only)

A refund or replacement will only be issued if the product arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Broken or spoiled
  • With a clear quality issue affecting usability

To request a refund, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Description of the issue

Once we receive your request, our team will review the case. If approved, a refund or replacement will be issued based on product availability and our discretion.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by our error (damaged or incorrect product sent).
